STANDARDIZATION


The storage in stainless tanks is one stage before the end. There, the natural settling of the sediment is achieved so it stays as long as it needs. The standardization is done in dark colour bottles made of glass, so that the olive oil is protected, with machines in order not to discomfort the product.
